The tattoo popularity seems to be dying down now and a few of my mates are starting to regret getting them. Any of you brahs regret getting them or actually have got them removed. If you dont regret it, do you think you ever will?

I have a half sleeve and a side abdominal / rib cage tattoo. I don't regret them at all, although sometimes I do look in the mirror and wonder what I'd look like if I never had them.
After getting my first tattoo I had slight regret and denial, but I guess that was due to the shock of actually getting a tattoo and permanently changing my body.
Overall, I don't regret it and I plan on getting more over the years.

I have a half sleeve. Finished about 6 years ago, and still don't regret it.
Mine has a lot of meaning to it, and I came up with the idea and paid for the drawing of my idea. I'm a horrible artist. lol
no regrets had, and plan on getting another half sleeve.-Cards-Suns-Yotes-Dbacks-

I wanted a tat long before it went thru the popular phase. Most of them I wouldn't change, I love having tattoo's.
You can, and need to find a ground that you know you are suppose to stand on.. hence, stand your ground, this is the place where you know everything is as it should be for you. If you stand in a place where you know in your heart things are wrong, most things around you will never be right.
Rule number one, never work at being what another man defines as being "honorable", Honorable is is being true to what you know and and doing what you know is right for you..

I do not regret them but there's days when I leave the house forgetting I even have any, and it gets annoying how people look at you. Especially when you make the hands/neck dive.
It's not even so much old people who hate you for having them, I could care less about that. People see someone covered with tattoos and try to piece together some life story for them, or women become attracted to you thinking you are something you are completely not. Worst thing ever is when you are out and some idiot walks up to you and starts talking tattoos and tattoo ideas with you, like you give a **** about them or anything they do.

In my experience, the people who spend such a long time thinking getting a tattoo and what it's meaning is are generally the ones who regret them later. Obviously everyone is different and some tattoos are very specific, but the meaning of mine has changed over time. When I first got them I sort of second guessed the decision, and was sort of shocked they were on my body but now I don't even notice them.
