Dieting that long is a mental stress in its own way. Also, my test levels, energy, and overall mood all suffered because of the little satiation I was getting (I like to eat a lot) and the longevity of the cut. It's very easy in the beginning, but gets harder as time goes on.

It's hard because my abs have gone away in a week to make me look super soft(post contest bloat). I already miss it, but it should hopefully come back once my fluid levels adjust.

I think I could have sped it up more the last 8 week but I did lose like 14% bf and that is a lot.

did you keep your sleep in check as well? one of my biggest issues is getting 8+, always arond dat 6 time which prob isnt enough

I had refeed days early on during the first two months or so that I didn't track(more of a watched cheat day). Other that I stayed consistent. I slept usually 6.5-7 hours a night
