I dunno man... This year seems like a rehash of the mid 2000's. Everybody is playing the mass game, even Dexter. I think we're going to see a fair few bellys up on stage... And not muscle bellys

wont see a belly on Shawn i can GUARANTEE that. his waist is the same size as last year,everything else grew.

that was Early July. You can see his shape in the training videos and a chest video is coming out soon. he didnt want to reveal too much wants to be a surprise on stage

well that's what happened at the end of the workout and we just filmed everything raw and didnt try to set up or pre-make any scenes just filmed as it happened so it was as real as possible. I thought it was cool to see Shawn helping a new pro like Cory out with his posing.

So will Shawn be 20 pounds heavier on stage or is this comparison between his stage weight last year and current weight a few weeks out? Because I am trying to wrap my mind around what he would look like with 20 pounds more of muscle and honestly, he is Mr. O in that case if conditioning holds up.

Too bad Shawn wasted nearly a decade out of bodybuilding. Who knows where he'd be if he had been at it all those years. Can't wait for this year's show. Kai almost took it last year. Jay is coming back and should be huge. Shawn should be legit. Phil has his hands full.

HOLY CRAP BALLS.....if he is 20 pounds heavier.......we might have a new Mr. O. Yes Phil and Kai are looking great, but Shawn just has a flow that is out of this world and he is structurally way more sound than Phil.

Has he managed to improve his back? Was that the focus for the offseason?
