    Would this be ineffective for gains?

    Feeling pumped as fuark, fancy changing up my back and bis routine for the day, and was thinking of just doing loads of exercises (just for this day) I plan on doing around 7-8 exercises for back and around 4 for bis, where I normally only do 4-5 for back and 2 for bis.

    This is what I plan on doing just for today

    Chin-ups
    Deadlift
    Barbell rows
    Lat pull down
    Cable rows
    Pill downs
    Face pulls
    And maybe hyper extensions
    Bb curls
    Reverse bb curls
    Incline DB hammer curls
    Preacher curls

    All 3x8-10

    Is this just way too much volume etc that it will be ineffective?

    Its fine mate i work ****ing high volume and made great gains friend of mine tried it didnt make any if you good and rest good your g2g back in arnold days they worked out 2-3 houres twice a day so if diet an rest is in check your gona make some nice gains

    High volume and hitting my back from many different angles has worked the best hands down for me. Except I still go as heavy as possible for no more then 6 reps on my deadlifts. But don't compare yourself to Arnold unless you're using something a little extra but, with good diet and rest high volume is the way to go for sure.

    Call me crazy but this high volume workout is what my back workout looks like everyday along with every other muscle group I do. 20 plus sets for major muscle groups and 14 plus for iso groups.
