    McDonalds Chicken Wrap, New McWrap, And Jr Chicken During Bulk

    So cause of my job and convenience I usually just order two Chicken Wraps which makes 30 grams of protein together and just started trying the McWrap split in two hours apart. I was just wondering if during a bulk if theres still good enough protein in them along with Jr. Chickens to make it close to a regular Chicken Breast which we all know maybe healther and cheaper. Thanks for any responses.

    Mcdonalds Chicken wrap= protein, carbs & fats.

    Conventional chicken breast= protein, carbs & fats.

    I think he meant chicken mcwraps are made up of macros just like chicken breasts are made up of macros. Not that they are equal, but they can both be fit into daily macros.
