I realise this, but if I asked anywhere else I would just have people telling me to take everything from 10 scoops of preworkout a day to elephant tusk dust to improve my test, and the members on this forum seem like they know what theyre talking about

It's literally impossible to have a perfectly rounded diet, and multis fill in the nutrient gaps where you made mistakes. Also it said he wouldn't reccomend any supps, but it didn't say he couldn't say what he thought about them. BTW (still not trying to piss anyone off) I'm sure many of you started taking supplements before you were 18

if you want to take one, go for it - we just wont suggest it. like BlueRev said, if you have a well rounded diet there really is no need. its more of a liability issue to recommend things to underage forum members. Your parents buy your food, take advantage of it and eat big and lift hard

Read the OP! But since I'm not a rep I will say that he/she would be fine taking protein but he shouldn't be wasting money on protein at 15. Tell him/her that they should stick to whole foods like steak, beef, chicken breast, turkey, fish, pork, eggs, milk and peanut butter or any type of nut.

Walmart is the furthest thing from privately owned. They're the Fortune 1 company. They're publicly traded. The Walton's do own a majority of the shares, which is obvious when you look at the Forbes 400 list (http://www.forbes.com/forbes-400/), however it's absolutely not privately held.

We're arguing petty point here. Yes, they can refuse the sale of supplements to those under 18. No doubt.

Now, just because the Walton's own a majority of the stock doesn't mean that much in terms of control over operations. Sure, you have Rob Walton as the chairman, but Mike Duke is the one in control at this point.
