Push up with 10 kgs 12 sets of 5 reps
Deadlift 1 set of 5 reps 29 kgs on each side + 1 set 5 reps 28 kgs on each side and 10 sets of 5 reps with 27 kgs on each side, Total of 12 sets
Chin up with 8 kgs: 6,6,5 reps

Cable crunches 35 kgs: 3 sets of 15 reps
Leg raise with 2 kgs: 3 sets of 10 reps
Weighted sit up with 10 kgs: 3 sets 10 reps
