Based on IPF worlds this year (I'm assuming you want to compete tested and raw), you'd be a 9th place deadlifter in a international flight of 11 with a 520lb lift. To be competitive, you would be looking at a 280kg+ lift for a top 5 placing.
    In comp best lifts:

    270kg wrapless squat / 160kg bench / 280kg deadlift

Let's say for a few small competitions because, I've never competed and I don't think id be competing in any big events yet until I got a feel for the whole thing.

You fool. Compete USAPL and qualify for worlds it'll probably end up in the us by the time you're 18 since equipped sub junior and junior worlds went so well. You'll probably be strong enough to compete as a junior in 2 years and completely leave sub j's.

OP for local meets a 520lb'er is probably good, go to your local affiliate site and check the results from a recent comp. but in he end you are competing against yourself man. Just do a comp and get the experience. Let strength come with time. It's hard doing comps and the learning experience is brilliant.

You sticking to 231's or you gonna cut weight to get into 205's? I'm assuming USAPL has converted to the new IPF weight classes of course. If they kept 220's I'd imagine you'd just recomp.
