thanks! i think i'll stick to half marathons for awhile. i was going to do the half but got a wild hair up my ass and decided to to the full..... worst mistake since i've never trained for it or worked up the mileage in training. needless to say, my feet and ankles are in pain. weather was ****ty; running in low 50's and feet wet from the rain. bellingham is a nice town and the locals are friendly. i'll definitely make another trip up there next summer.

I made it brahs... I'm finally moved into my Apartment in Issaquah. PM me if you're down to kick it or whatever, I need to figure out a gym membership as my expired while I was headed out here. I'll probably just go to the 24 super sport right down the street from me in Issaquah.

WA brah checking in, I train at the Covington 24 hour super sport. Can't say I know too much about my own area though, extreme introvert so I even get lost driving to Seattle cause I do it so rarely.

this post made me read her fb page..
wtf is all i can say
you sell people meal plans and ****in training routines? is this real life? why would you scam people like this, and then personal training on top of that? shady af... would not like/10
idk what you charge but i could do the exact same things you do and I'd do it for free. Any miscer can say "find your maintance calories, watch the scale, and eat more/less according to your goals. Oh and lift 3-6 days a week, do a split that works every muscle once. heres a piece of paper that has a sample workout you can start with"

lol@ Renton
x2. I love Tacoma. We have everything Seattle has, just scaled down and with more sense of community.
Yeah. Crazy. Sucks it gave the city such a chitty rep though, it's actually a really cool place if you stay the fuk out of Hilltop/E. Tacoma, but even now Hilltop is starting to get infested with the artsy/hipster crowd.
All of north Tac/Narrows/UP/Ruston/Fircrest/6th Ave. is beautiful and there are a lot of great people and small, independently owned businesses.
I doubt there are many hippy feminists, asian nurses, or crossfitters on bb.comCommon Sense Crew

I'm totally with you, bro... but on the flipside, everyone's gotta make money. I can't tell you how many times I've followed pages on FB/IG that posted cool/funny stuff, and then realized "Oh, they're trying to sell macro plans".
Besides, there are people selling dumber, more useless crap for way more money (See: iPhone 5S).
Not to mention crossfit gyms, gimmicky fad diets (Omni, HCG, etc)
I look at it as the person's responsibility. If you're dumb enough to pay someone to tell you the basic tenets you described, then the person who gets paid deserves to get paid for exploiting your laziness. That's just capitalismCommon Sense Crew
