Ok great!
Also I saw in a Hodgetwins video that if I peel the apple first and bath in the peels 30 minutes prior to consumption that it increases micronutrient absorption by 500%, also offers a natural scent irresistible to woman....and dogs....
Would you suggest this? Or is that more of an advanced stage technique?USMC (2009-2013)

Pug; aside from being an avid watcher of Mehmet Oz, what is your background with respect to nutrition/physiology. Obviously you have some experience in academia.

I eat and thoroughly enjoy egg whites; for some reason you now think you are smarter than me. This makes me smile.

Op, please research the astounding covariation between bodybuilding and eating disorders before acting like Wonderpug is off-base in making his assertions.

OP how does it feel that your call-out thread has now turned into a thread about the glory that is WonderPug's mind?

Sorry, I think I hit your quote on accident, the reply was directed to the guy I quoted the rest of the times. My point to him was he was repeating small simplified versions of answers he's gotten, without the context in which he got or read the answers. ie "no foods are bad" and "don't eat fruit it's bad" which are very simplified versions of answers given. I think I gave examples in the other post.
Either way, your quote was a mistake, and I guess your banana/fructose analogy was a little off

"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon

Going well. Busy as hell at work, and school/baseball for the kids plus PTA stuff for me means the same for home. I'm really trying to refocus on making some serious progress in the gym, though. Reigning in my nutrition this week, as I've been slacking and not tracking a damn thing. Got a new full-body routine, too. Can't wait to see how it works out.
How about you?
Shameful amounts of eating/drinking/football. Yours?
