I'm not sure why you quoted me for your response. I'm aware context is what matters. I was curious as to his reasoning. Based off of what I've read, theoretically one could eat in the ball park of 20-25 bananas and be right at that "maximum" limit of 50g of fructose. Not saying the fructose is bad, and I'm sure there would be nothing wrong with eating that many. Now is it your best option for having a balanced diet? Nope. It would suffice to say his reasoning for suggesting bread over bananas or fruit is for that simple reason. You'd have to eat a **** ton and it would throw the balance of your diet/micronutrient off.

Quit being an *******, when someone is simply trying to find out someone elses reasoning and not trying to be facetious or troll, but genuinely trying to see something from someone else's perspective. There is nothing wrong with that and they shouldn't be called out for it.

Sorry, I think I hit your quote on accident, the reply was directed to the guy I quoted the rest of the times. My point to him was he was repeating small simplified versions of answers he's gotten, without the context in which he got or read the answers. ie "no foods are bad" and "don't eat fruit it's bad" which are very simplified versions of answers given. I think I gave examples in the other post.

Either way, your quote was a mistake, and I guess your banana/fructose analogy was a little off

Yea lol. Low carb diet+4 hrs of sleep=bad math. Corrected it though after pug made me realize I ****ed up my conversions. **** happens. Ppl make mistakes.
