    Liftmode 5-HTP

    I received my small tub of 5-HTP from Liftmode about a week ago. So far I believe it has an effect on my mood being a little better than it was. I seem to be dealing with stress a little better and am more relaxed. It does make you a bit sleepy and so I think taking it before bed is a really good time, but as long as you have some caffeine in you I think other times will work too.

    I'm interested to see how things go over the next month or so, but so far so good.
