I'm 18 and been lifting consistently for about 4 months now. Currently I'm bulking up tryna put on some size and strength and so far so good. Gained a lot of strength pretty fast. Went from benching 110 lbs in the begging to 235 lbs just yesterday. Feeling great.
I've been eating almost everything in sight lol thought a big calorie surplus would speed things up. I'm 6 ft 3 and weigh 220 lbs but I'm around about 30% body fat. I don't mind being a little chubby since I plan on going on a 14 week cut soon, but seeing I'm still new to lifting, could I continue putting on size and strength and get rid of a bit off fat? I thought this should be pretty easy if I just eat with a SMALLER surplus (been eating way more than I need to be tbh)?
