Thanks, Barb. I'll post video a few days from now. i only saw the gator that one day, unforch. i've been out a lot. On a prior trip a gator swam up close to my dad to get a good look at him. In my video, the gator is several feet away.
And nope. Not at all strange, and several guys on this website would agree with me. They had this debate out here recently - would you call yourself a bodybuilder?
I like resistance training and building a certain amount of muscle, but I'm not a bodybuilder, and I don't think i can really call myself a weight lifter b/c I don't go heavy w/free weights, lol. or can I? I might be at around 190 lbs on certain machines, but I don't know what my 1rm is for those exercises...
I'm trying to write this in a rush- I wanted to include a bunch of supporting pics to show what i mean wrt women in the sport, but I can't now. The pics below, I'm very much into that , and that appreciation extends to competitors like our "gifted" friend in the early stage of his career, and Zyzz. Jeff in the far right of this group photo competed and won in the physique category recently.
There are big differences between natural and unnatural competitors, and people in the amateur vs. pro bodybuilding ranks. I am not into the Jay Cutler look.
As for the Olympia, there are distinct classes in women's, and as of this year or next they are doing away with the bodybuilding class, or so I've heard, and replacing it with physique. To understand what I was talking about, look up the pics for the following classes in women's at the Olympia- bodybuilding, physique, figure, fitness, and bikini. With the exception of the implants and spray tans, I saw several with naturally attainable builds in the bikini and fitness categories... The bodybuilding class in women's is grotesque to me.

Funny story abt my phone, Ammex. I'm on a business plan w/my dad and my phone was due for an upgrade. I gave the upgrade to my dad and took his older iPhone some time last month, maybe? I started using it immediately-plugged in all kinds of reminders-one reminder was bb.com specific, but luckily, I used a shorthand that only I understood for that. Anyway, days later I learned that all of my daily reminders were being sent to iCloud and into my Dad's email inbox.:P
I have no idea what else is being sent to the cloud. I haven't yet learned how to iPhone.:Pstart where you are

I wasn't complaining. I was thankful. It made me feel less bad. My triceps are quite solid but I've never taken the time to develop delta before. That's why I have a delt day now.1175 @172

I pretty much ended up with a recomp.
I added strength & a little size but lost definition.
I honestly did not see the point in going through the hassle of taking pics or wasting the judges time.
When I was a foreveraloner and it was just me and the kids I could cut like it was my job over the summer.
But, I got friends now & it killed me.
However, the last few weeks i've cut down on my drinking when I go out & will proceed to seriously cut until the Holidays.
