What do you mean by "extreme" test booster? And yes, as Blue mentioned, at 20 unless you're running something hormonal, a natural test booster probably won't provide noticeable effects for you.

At 20 years old, I would personally not use a test booster. You will not notice much of its effects (outside of increased libido), as your body is already producing very high levels of testosterone.

TEST-HP has been getting some good reviews on the board. Check it out

Honestly, I've found something as simple as ZMA had a big impact on my test levels .. even confirmed with blood tests I believe though indirectly. (serum test levels 200 higher during a time I was using it vs not, though there were many other factors so it was not a totally scientific study)

@ 20 i dont know what you expect from a test booster. if you're feeling like you need 1 i'd suggest making sure your diet/nutrition is in check. you would be surprised how much that plays a role. after that buy tropinol XP. lol
