Please don't comment if the only lobster you've had is from subway or some fast-food restaurant. Personally I think it's a bit overpriced, but so is a lot of meat. I'll still happily pay for it.

I tried the lobsters claw meat from a whole lobster dipped in liquid butter and I could not taste sht. It was like chewing on a soft rubber tire, defiantly not worth the $40 price tag.

I remember ordering lobster at Ruths Chris Steakhouse. The menu said $24 per lb. so I said whatever and ordered it. Then they come back with an entire lobster weighing 5 lbs.
