    Thanks man! I'll do my best to progress up till the meet but I'm dropping a 5kg to make weight so 240 seems reasonable.

    Yeah. As I said above I'll need to drop 5-6kg. I can lose 3-4kg through cutting water and water manipulation so I still need to drop 2-3kg of BW.

    he does 5/3/1, and he's running his own modified version of it. its a 3 week cycle.

    week 1: 5 reps at 65%, 75% and 85% with the last set being max reps.
    week 2: 3 reps at 70%, 80% and 90% with the last set being max reps.
    week 3: 5 reps at 85%, 3 reps at 90% and 1+ reps at 95%, so the 1+ is as many reps as possible.
