    Steve's Bulking Log

Alright this is it. From the day I start bulking to the end I will post every little detail here. I will have pics and measurements before the first week so be patient. I have a little more cutting to do.
    OK here it is...
    First and most important

    Diet...

    Meal 1
    C P F
    Brown rice---32--3---1
    Milk-----------30--20--5
    Chicken-------0--45---0
    Total---------62--68---6

    Pre Workout

    Vendetta—29—19—0

    During Workout

    Ice w/dextrose—30—15—0

    Post Workout

    N-large w/milk—119—72—11

    Meal 3

    PB sandwich—47—15—19
    Milk-----------30---20---5

    This is all before noon.

The rest of the day Ill have another piece of chicken and fill the rest of the calories with whatever(not junk though) to equal around 22cals per pound at 50-35-15

Also before bed Ill have 4 cups of milk so 60P 40C 10F.

    Diet will change when needed.

    Here the split though

    Mon:Legs
    Tues:Chest
    Wed:Back
    Thurs:Shoulders

    Pretty simple.
As i said before i will write weights sets and reps for everyday when this starts.

    lagwagon-

    I start my megabol/anabol stack 8/13-

Keep in touch and we can post replys and compare gains/sides. I'd like to compare my results with others just to verify all is well.

FYI- Diet is similar however, using the 20 carbs per lb/ 3 grams protein per pound... Clean eating no junk

    Good luck!!
Believe it or not, you are what you eat......

You know what i will take that n-large w/water.
Also im going extremly strict with the diet.
i will be awake 14 hrs a day and workout out in the morning before my classes start at 10am so ill be in the gym at 8:30am so ill wake up at 6:30am and eat breakfast.
Would it be best to spread the cals evenly throughout the day that makes sense to me. Maybe a few more carbs for breakfast.

yeah bro, sounds like you got the right idea.

as for spreading calories, i usually keep my calories pretty even for each meal, but i usually spread my carbs around my activities for that day.

    Just joined a new gym.
The only plus is theres more weights so that i will always have the dumbbells that i need , that was a problem before.
Any way still figuring out the diet.
I know its going to be 50/35/15.
Question can i eat the same **** day in a day out.
Like only source of protein chicken.
    Carbs from brown rice, oats.
    Fats from flax.
    Also theres milk in there.
This would make it easy to change calories and such because i make all my meals in the begining of the weeks and measure everything out.
I dont really care about getting bored with my meals since its just fuel.
