Hey there looking to seek advice from any mesomorphs or endo-meso on here or generally anyone with great enough experience to give me some pointers.
I'm starting of my bulk with the 40/40/20
I'm weighing about 160
5,6"
21 years old
Probly 19% bf
Calorie surplus is ranging from 2500 to 2800 depending on cardio since I get around everywhere cycling.
Carb intake comes from:
Mixed veggies
Yams/sweet patatoe
Oatmeal
Whole grain/wheat bread
Whole grain cereal
Carb Ranges 250-275 g
Protein:
Whey
Casein
Fish/tuna
Chicken
Eggwhites (10-15 a day)
Soy milk unsweetend
Protein Ranges 250-275g
Fats:
Pnut better
Almonds
Peanuts
Cheese
Omega 3 supp
Fats Ranges: 50-60g
Any advice would be appreciated this is my first official bulk and generally how long should I bulk for I plan to bulk up until jan then start cutting feb
