It depends on a lot of things. In Brazil rates range anywhere from $50 - $250 depending on where and how you find a guy, and you can generally have more success there. In the US it's a lot more difficult. I don't have enough money to pay the best looking white guys, who generally will only accept well over $1000 from what I hear.
