This is not a recipe just an idea of a sweet food for your sweet tooth
Aeroplane lite jelly
I have tried strawberry, it has 8 servings per packet, and each serve contains, 1.5g protein, 0g fat, 0.1g carb, 0g sugar
So if your like me and eat the whole packet at once thats, 12g protein, 0g fat, 0.8g carbs, 0g sugar
1 packet makes 500ml of jelly
There are heaps of the normal jelly flavours
I have raspberry aswell
Which has 8 serves per packet, and each serve contains, 1.5g protein, 0g fat, 0.2g carbs per serve, 0g sugar
So the whole packet beeing, 12g protein, 0g fat, 1.6g carbs, 0 sugar
I have only tried strawberry so far and it tastes 100% the same as normal jelly, if you put the two side by side without knowing which was which, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference

When you say Jelly, do you mean like Jam kind of Jelly? Or Jell-o type of Jelly?
I've been looking for a way to have PB&J sammies, so I hope this is Jam . Also, where did you buy this product? I live in Canada, and it doesn't look like anything I've seen in my local stores before. I'm hoping it's not a U.S. thing only, or I'll have to try ordering it online.Last edited by Shelk87; 08-24-2013 at 09:34 PM.

It does, thanks. It sounds more like a Jell-o type product, not something you would spread on bread .
