I don't know about "soon" but eventually it has been speculated.. nothing for sure though. They have released STi teaser pics but I think in reality they're just going to call it a "TS".. seems like mostly cosmetic chit and some brembos.
But here are some turbo kits just for eye candy...
Accelerated Performance:
Crawford Performance: (not sure if this is actually being sold as a kit)
many more.. heres an HKS supercharger kit:
And an LS2 swap..

MY05 Liberty (Legacy) GT with 5mt here. I've had it for about 2 months now. Would post pics but it's completely stock thus far, and I can't figure out how to edit out my plates on a phucking mac. I have a Clarion multimedia/nav unit to go in ASAP, then will probably go for a TBE, intake mods and a tune.

Unless I come across loads of disposable income I prob. won't turbo. I'm a family man. Speaking of family man, I can't squeeze a booster seat in a Z because there is no back seat. That's why i was kind of looking at the BRZ and genesis coupe. What's wrong with the Genesis? The 2 liter turbo sounds like a fun little engine. And 350 hp in the V6. If it weren't for the hyndai logo on the front it was pretty aesthetic too.

Car seats and coupes are a PITA. Older gen coupes had tranny issues and some reported turbos problems with them going at 50-60k. My bro's gen coupe has had electric problem with window switch/motor replacements but it's been covered under warranty. The biggest disappointment is its handling. Seems like they set it up to be a drifting car and you need break the rear end loose to steer it effectively or at least it always wants to break loose. Compared to the brz the handling is really sloppy and unrefined. Of course it depends on your driving style as some people prefer that type of handling.

Early 2014, still speculation as to engine specs, transmission, whether or not a wagon will be offered, EPA estimates, etc
There have been the range of rumors, some more legitimate than others. FI DI 2.0 liter boxer, 6 speed manual and DCT option, "coupe styled" sedan, integrated spoiler, keeping the hood scoop, etc.
"The redesigned performance versions of the Impreza are expected to debut in November at the Los Angeles Auto Show and go on sale in early 2014. Subaru likely will drop the five-door and only produce a WRX/STI sedan. In March, Subaru showed a WRX sedan concept at the New York auto show with a coupelike body and integrated spoiler. The concept had the signature WRX hood scoop.
The engine likely will be a high-performance version of the 2.5-liter four-cylinder boxer that produces at least 265 hp."

As long as it looks closer to the concept than the butt-ugly 2.0i impreza/xv crosstrek, I will be interested. I might give it a year or two before upgrading to let the kinks get worked out just in case.God bless/science be with our military
