16oz milk: 16.8 pro/24 carb 180 cals
1 cup instant non-fat milk powder: 23 pro/35 carb 243 cals
1/2 cup oats: 13.3 pro/ 51.5 carbs/ 5.5 fat
1 tablespoon flax seeds: essential fatty acids 2.3/4.1 carbs 59 cals
100ml of pasturized egg whites: 11 protein 50 cals
65.6 pro/ 114.60 carb/10.6 grams fat= 835 cals
This is an ok gainer shake its is relatively high carb, but that is what u get whne u aren't able to get a protein powder into it.The desire to attain "perfection" is a mental poison. Perfection is a fictitious concept, there is only improvement. Therein lies the challenge, therein lies the fun.

You want to beat me, don't miss a meal, because I won't. Don't quit on a set because I'll always be one set ahead of you. Don't walk out of my gym without leaving your guts spilled on the floor because you can bet your ass, I won't.

Could a shake go something like:
2-3 Raw Eggs
1/2 Cup Oats
1.5 Scoop Optimum Whey Powder
8mL Milk
2 tbsp Natural PB
1 tsp vanilla extract [for flavor since I hate PB, heh]
?
also dont have whey except for in the morning (1st meal of the day) and for post workout, otherwise its just a waste (you absorb it too fast)
that shake just sucks anyways

That looks ok, you don't have to put pb in there if you don't like it. You can put something else in their for fat like oil. (might not taste much better tho) You do already have like 18 grams of fat as it is, so you could add something else if you want. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. careful with raw eggs b/c of salmonela (when a egg is cracked baceria can grow in it and give u this)

Whey is fine at other times besides pw and the morning if you add fats like pb, eggs, oil, ect. and some milk. The casine protien and the fats slow down the absorbtion of the whey. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. Wieght Gainer
1)3 packets cooked instant oatmeal
2)4-6 raw eggs
3)1 cup-8oz-whole milk
4)1 scoop protein powder-chocolate i use
5)1 banana
6)1 or 2 tablespoons olive oil
That one is my breakfast every day and it's damn good. Not super thick but actually tastes good.
For even more kick add 1 scoop of some kind of weight gainer, I use 2200 GNC, and more milk until it's thin enough for you to drink.

im looking at my HILL COUNTRY FARE QUICK OATMEAL (cheap dry oats)
it says:
1/2 cup (40g)
150 calories
3g fat
27g carb
5g protein
i think the cup measurements are off on calorie king
enter 40 g rather than 1 cup or 1/2 cup on there and you get my measurements
