    My protein muffins

    Going to share my protein muffins because I just perfected it!

    2 scoops of protein (I used Cinnamon bun flavor from Dymatize)
    2.5T of pb (I used crunchy)
    1.5T of unsweetened coco powder
    1T of coconut oil
    1.5T of baking powder
    3 Eggs
    1/2 mini carton of So Delicious Almond milk+ Vanilla flavor (picture below) it's 4g carbs and 35 calories for half
    1T of Stevia (you may want more)
    4 blueberries for each muffin

    Mix everything but the blueberries together. Pre heat oven at 350.

    Spay muffin pan with nonstick spray. Add blueberries as you're putting batter in cups. I made sure to have mine line the outside and spread out so you get one in each bite. I also sprinkled a little cinnamon on top in case you were wondering what the heck that was.

    Cook for 12mins and check with tooth pick. If still gooey in middle, go another 2-3 minutes.

    Makes 10 fluffy muffins. Mine came out to be 95 calories each. YUM

    It'll be different for everyone that's using their own protein and ingredients.

    I did it quick with ingredients on fitday which most matched but some i did general ingredients.

    Mine were AROUND:

    2.5 carbs (subtracted fiber)
    7g protein
    6g fat

    around 90-95 calories each muffin

    You'll probably have lower carbs since my protein is like 5g per scoop. Since i'm always under 30g with my diet i don't really care

    I also ate a muffin before taking picture if anyone was confused. haha
