Hi Everyone,
Anyone able/willing to help me out? I'm currently doing a bb.com workout which allows me to put everything on my body calendar and track the workouts which I really like! Keeps me accountable Knowing that I need to log on and track it. However, once I'm finished with this program I wanted to do a program that isn't on bb.com so I don't know how to track the workouts. I tried making a workout template but it doesn't have the exercises I'm looking for. Should I just find something close to it and use that?? I REALLY don't want to go without tracking and the accountability I feel from tracking. I have about 5 weeks to figure this out... the sooner the better! Thank you in advance for any advice and help!!

Ok, I set up a workout and a program for myself, though I'm not sure I'm gonna use it. I saw hundreds of exercises and variations. What exercise are you trying to add that you can't find? If you give me a name or link to it, I think I might be able to find it on the list on this site.

Lol, you guys are funny!
I wanted to try to enter a workout program that I am going to do from beachbody because I wanted to put it on my body calendar here on bb.com. I like to see the visual of things so for me when I am able to put it on a calendar and visually see my goal date/last day of program it really helps me stay motivated. I'm just starting out on my journey here so doing structured programs are what is best for me right now.
I think what the problem is, is that a lot of the exercises in the program I want to do are coupled with another exercise at the same time. Soooo having had the time to think a little more, I guess what I COULD do is find the individual exercises in bb.com data base and put them together as supersets and then just do them as I do them in the program. That could work...
But, you guys should check it out. Maybe you could create your very own epic workout routine!
