Thought I'd leave this for all my fellow meat and potato lovers out there.
16 oz rib eye, 1 sweet potato, 1 red potato, and asparagus. Just smashed the hell out of that.

Some of the greatest luxuries in life; Bacon, Cheese and Beef.
Along of the lines of high carb, high fat and high protein.

I cut on these calorie dense bad boys about 5 nights a week, can't get enough of them. Unfortunately, when cutting, I cut back on the calorie dense ingredients - less PB and 1 slice of cinnamon swirl bread (sliced into 2 thinner slices) instead of 2. My two sons have been begging me to make them one so I did this morning for, well, breakfast.
Cinnamon Swirl Bread
Peanut Butter
Chocolate Chunks (I rarely add these, makes it too rich, but it made for a nice treat for my boys)
Honey
Cinnamon
Banana
My 2 sons are 5 and 6 years old, so diabeetus was in full-effect for about 45 minutes after this. Literally running non-stop around the house and wrestling any chance they could get.

Yeah. :P I don't like going to bed on a full stomach, so I generally try to hit the sack a.s.a.p.. Yesterday I took a sec to enjoy a drink after a weeks work. :P
Quick lunch:
GY with some cocoa, cinnamon, a squirt of stevia, and small pieces of apple.
Also threw a scoop of vanilla whey in there (almost forgot it, which is why it isn't in the picture) and some water to soften it a little.

Cellucor Homemade Protein S’Mores
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mc3RGiaV3k
Recipe
4 Low-Fat HoneyMaid Graham Crackers (Broken in Half)
30g Marshmallow (Cut up)
Frosting:
85g Carbmaster Yogurt
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix
3g Splenda
1.25 Scoop Cellucor Whey (45g) S’mores
Directions
In a small bowl you will mix half a carbmaster yogurt with the S’mores Cor performance Whey, SF/FF Pudding Mix and Splenda to make a very thick paste/pudding that will be used as a spread on your graham crackers.
Take the 4 graham crackers and crack them in half, and cut up the larger marshmallows to make them bitesize on the crackers.
Take a cracker and apply the Protein Pudding and repeat this twice (for top and bottom) and then place marshmallow in between and squeeze together.
Complete the process for all 4 halves of the graham crackers and then freeze for 15-20 minutes to help everything bind together (can skip this is optional).
Enjoy!

You know it's good if the grease soaks the paper bag. Lol

Was hoping to have msaki75's donuts for dessert, but the two batches I made were fails. The second one where I used mashed banana instead of pumpkin came out worse, so I threw them out. Was i supposed to use real egg whites? Maybe it was my brand/type of protein. I dunno.

Some of the meals that us Scottish people have.
1. Homemade chicken Ballantine stuffed with black pudding
2. Homemade steak and ale pie with potatoes, carrots and broccoli. Got the good camera for the aesthetic shot.
3. Fish and chips
