Those poor peppers. They were so crunchy and delicious, but then you grilled them. :P

I made protein pancakes w/o using pancake mix.
I forgot to add something because they're not as fluffy and tend to break on the toss.
I used;
oatmeal (sifted in a coffee grinder)
cellucor whey (pb marsh)
cinnamon
2 eggs
2% milk
maybe it needs baking soda.
dont care, still ate it all. :/One more Rep!! Yea!

About halfway through the reviews of my current bars (pic of my current stash on top of page 223)
Here's another...
Slitti - Gran Cacao 100%
Price - $12.40 CAD
Weight - 100g
So as anyone who follows my chocolate posts knows, I'm a big fan of 100% (or as close as possible). Up until now, my favorite has been the Lindt 99%. The Michel Cluizel was great but a bit too fruity, and the two different Habitual Chocolate 100%'s are just decent, but clearly aren't where they excel with their chocolate making. I now have a new favorite.
I was a bit worried at first with the way they mold the chocolate, since one of the things I liked best about the Lindt 99% was how it came in very small, thin portions that you could nibble on. 100% is very strong and flavorful, and only small pieces are needed to really enjoy and experience the chocolate. So opening the package to see 12 large squares had me a bit nervous. But 2 or 3 pieces in, and I loved it. The flavor is so rich and powerful, but not too bitter, too fruity, or overpowering in any way. The mouthfeel is easily the best of the 99/100%'s that I've had... very smooth and creamy, it melts in your mouth and leaves a satisfying rich chocolate taste for minutes afterwards. It's got that 'pure' chocolate taste that you want when you go for a bar with this cacao content, and is extremely satiating and flavorful.
I know that I overpaid for it, since I got it from a small shop with overpriced bars (I assume it's due to the fact that it's a small business with high importing costs), but if it weren't for the price tag, this would definitely be a staple chocolate; something to keep handy, and always have a few of lying around. At $12.4/100g, it's more than twice as expensive as Lindts $5/100g (when I find them on sale), or Habitual Chocolates $5/100g (at the 10 bar price of $50), but on par with Michel Cluizels $9/70g. In the niche category of 99/100%'s, its a 10/10... as an overall chocolate bar, still a solid 9/10
For those interested, a pretty interesting video about the chocolatier:
