Apologies for the lack of creativity in this post...went to visit parents for the week and didn't do much cooking
I'll get back to my froot loop omelette's and such
Caramel Greek Yogurt
PC makes the only low-fat flavored greek yogurt that I was able to find (not fruit based). I bought this, cappuccino, and chocolate (2% m.f.)
Caramel - 6/10
Chocolate - 6/10
Cappuccino - 7/10
I'd rather make the flavors myself for much less cals and much better macros. So if anyone was considering buying these, save yourself the $$
And if anyone remembers my Pepita Sun Seed Butter that I posted a while ago, I went out and bought another one, as well as the brands Cinnamon Vanilla Almond Butter (they only make those 2)
Almond was awesome, better than most store bought nut butters, but Pepita still topped it. The Pepita is officially my favorite store-bought nut butter.
Almond
Pepita
Banana Nut Butter Wrap
Banana and Pepita Sun Seed Butter all wrapped up in some Joseph Lavash bread
@jsmoor09, I saw these and decided to pick them up after talking about them. Figured I'd think of some good uses for them. This was definitely a winner, I'd recommend trying it.
And of course some chocolate..
Theo Nutcracker Brittle
Decent, but far from my favorite. Its pretty typical and what you'd expect for the almonds and hazelnuts; and the 'brittle' was really just like rock candy...sugary and not much taste to it, but a nice crunch. Always enjoyable because its Theo, but many other flavors I'd go for first.
Theo Coconut Mint
I had posted the Theo Coconut recently and thought it was really good. This isn't really similar, the mint is definitely the dominant flavor...a bit overpowering. I don't usually like mint flavored things for that specific reason, but I was surprised how much I enjoyed this. Similar to what I said about the coconut one, but if you like mint and you like chocolate, you'll like this.

Anyone else addicted to dry brining their poultry? I'm about to salt some chicken leg quarters and let them dry brine overnight before slow roasting them at 225-250 in my oven tomorrow. Gonna melt some connective tissue and collagen to make everything tender, juicy, and sticky, then crisp up the skin under the broiler.
Sweetriot's riotbar Kickin' Coconut 70% is awesome.
And speaking of coconut and dark chocolate, after lunch I had a cup of coffee with half a teaspoon of cinnamon, a tablespoon of full fat coconut milk, and a few squares of Green and Black 85% cacao dark chocolate stirred into it. I might never drink coffee any other way.Heterologously Vaccinated Superior Race Crew

French Dip
Treat Dreams Sunday Breakfast: Maple Ice Cream with Waffles and Bacon
A -. First few spoonfuls had me thinking this was a B at best, because the maple base was not as strong as I would have liked and the mix-ins seemed sparse. Then I hit the motherload with buttery waffle pieces and crunchy bacon, and the saltiness really helped the base "pop" more."Mediocrity knows nothing higher than itself, but talent instantly recognizes genius."

3 Whole Eggs
About 10grams of Grass fed butter
Around 5 grams of powdered Stevia
Maybe 20grams of Coconut Flour or use Almond Flour
Mix that all together in a bowl add more flour or some sort of milk to get the consistency right.
Bake for about 40mins in a tray with Baking paper or line a tray with butter.
I left it to cool for about 20mins afterwards... It was a long 20mins!"THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR PERSISTENCE!"

First time at IHOP
The lady and I were thinking of places to go to dinner last night and I had never been to IHOP, so I broke my IHOP virginity and I had to share my experience with everyone in the thread. Obviously I had to get pancakes and they were pretty good, not sure if I would say GAF, but definitely worthy of multiple trips in the future. These are not the most aesthetic pancakes, whole wheat with banana and topped with some Walden Farms syrup that I brought with us after I cut them up. Unfortunately I couldn't fit any others in the macros, if so, the cheesecake, cinnastack or chocolate chocolate chip would have been considerable options. I will go back and I will get one of those for sure.

My last meal on dry land before we (were supposed to) undock this morning at 6am which did not take place.....got bumped a day. So tonight I get one more either homemade meal or a meal out.....I am torn between which as I really want to do.......making the meal is as much fun as eating it IMO.
Souplantation visit: lean honey ham (my own) green salads, mixed veggies, sourdough croutons, fat free honey mustard dressing, 7 veggie soup. For $10 with tax you cant beat this meal!
Perhaps my last worthwhile contribution to the thread beyond Quest Bar shots and Protein smoothies.......galley foods aboard although healthy and wholesome are pretty darn basic and routine.UNBA Men's Physique Athlete

Don't worry about it man. I bring WF pancake syrup to IHOP also, I just really like it better than regular syrup. Do whatever you want to do. I highly recommend the cinn-a-stack pancakes, they are the best. Don't get the French toast cinn-a-stack, not nearly as good.

FULL CHEAT DAY (About 3000cals...so far)
I now know what it feels like to be a balloon. Srs, not sure how my abs are even visible at this moment. SO full. haha.
Banana Chocolate Chip & Double Chocolate Chip w/margarine
(The burger was mine) Crispy Onion Burger w/ fries, literally the best burger I've ever eaten. Holy cow.
Dessert platter w/ apple pie, warm raspberry fudge brownie & key lime pie
Homemade Spaghetti and Meatball w/parmesan(Slowing down a bit here..pacing myself for my next meal)
Crazy good cake batter, raspberry, chocolate & Canadian maple froyo topped with skor, choco. covered raisins, strawberries, cookie dough, chocolate mousse cake, chocolate chips, cinnamon roll and sprinkles.
Slice of warm homemade chocolate chip banana bread (had some butter on it...)
Day isn't done..may have a pb and J sandwich or another piece of banana bread before bed. This was insane! I worked abs/chest & did an hour on the treadmill today along with a lot of walking so thankfully I don't feel all that bad! So ready for a salad tomorrow."You get out of it what you put into it".
