I always buy the Tofu flavored ones. The unflavored are labelled as 0 cal per 1/7th bag, whereas the Tofu are labelled at 20 cal per 1/2 bag.
I assume the 0 cal is really 4 cal and they're going by the 'can label as 0 if under 5 cal' rule. Hence why the serving is 1/7th bag (random number), and for the larger bag the serving is 1/14th bag...just to keep the calories labelled as 0. At least thats my theory.
Anyways, not that I care about 10 calories, but for unflavored - 28 kcal and flavored - 40 kcal per pack, and at the same price, I'd rather get the flavored ones.
They're too expensive though so may start using actual pasta; I just prefer fat/protein foods and have never been big on carb sources other than a select few...too unsatisfying for me.

And thats when you realized you were already home so you decided to make some more :P?
And while on the topic of waffles; for all you fast-food lovers:
Taco Bell Taco Waffle (and more breakfast items): http://www.buzzfeed.com/ryanhatesthi...the-l?bffbfood
Nutritionals: http://www.tacobell.com/nutrition/information
^doesn't have the waffle taco for some reason though, but I found this...
After testing it in select locations for about a year, Taco Bell’s Waffle Taco will appear on the chain’s national breakfast menu, beginning March 27, the Associated Press reports.
During its test run, the “sandwich” — a waffle wrapped around a sausage patty or bacon with eggs and cheese and syrup on the side — had been selling for 89 cents and reportedly had about 460 calories and 30g of fat.
Reviews have been mixed. A Los Angeles Times taste test called it “rubbery” and “mushy.”

And Im certainly not knocking you for showing some love. I was just curious why he named something after himself, thinking he had put a twist on it I missed. Apparently I hit a soft spot.
If you want an additional option, Ive tested a lot of the tortilla style options and found flatout breads to be the best for za's like this. Just like a lavash style. Here is an old thread on it...

Oh yea man, all good. I wasn't bothered or anything.
I have a hard time finding those kind of breads (I guess you call it that).
Where do you get yours from? The tortillas are easy for me to get at publix. I just didn't search past the tortillas in publix (walmart didn't have crap, I searched there) as I figured they were the same almost.
I'm even down to cook my own bread from time to time. I just prefer a low cal crust as the toppings usually are my main interest.Read and ask informed questions.
