170ish when I bulked this year till Sept.
Fully started cutting around End of Sept, I then implemented Intermittent Fasting just last month.
I usually weigh myself every Saturday morning after i wake up and take my dump. Note this is before eating any kind of food. Last sat I was at 158, today im at 159, lowest i saw this week was on Monday at 157.5..However based on my before and after i dont see much difference and where I lost most of my weight from.
