Aleykum Selam brothers, great thread! Bulk through Ramadan went well, up 1.5kg-2kg I think lol. Put 10kg onto my squat, 15kg onto my deadlift and 7.5kg onto my bench and military press so was productive from a strength/mass standpoint.

Made a start learning Arabic through Nouman Ali khans videos too, inshallah we will get some more brothers in here

got front squats/military press/deadlifts tomorrow can't wait!

I'm just starting to get a bit of strength back from Ramadan I'm really looking forward to hitting the gym after 12 weeks without a proper workout! I feel like I'm starting again with bodybuilding and lost over 14 pounds.

It went well m'A, though it was extremely busy. The start-up I work for has to prepare for VMworld (huge tech expo) every year, which happened to coincide with Ramadan this year. Not to mention, the feature I'm leading up had a deadline Friday, which was way behind schedule, but subhan'Allah it somehow finished exactly on time against all odds.

On another note, my good friend finally "came out of the closet" as a Muslim to his parents on Eid. He was promptly booted out of the house, but man, that guy has Taqwa... the way hes handling it m'A. Everyone in his family, except his mother turned against him, and with that he used it as a reminder to tell us that we should love our mothers, first, second and third.

Yeah I dont know how you would go about this, but I wouldnt have kicked him out, you have to support him, its obviously going to be tough on him.

May Allah (swt) increase him. Sometimes I feel we don't take enough care of our converts.

There is nothing random about the quotes. They are real words said by real Muslims. Is the Muslim woman holding a sign that says "God Bless Hitler" also a "random text"?
Islam is a primitive and danegrous ideology. It's more of a political ideology than a religion if anything. In what other religion is it demanded from the followers to spread the religion by war? To strive for a world in which the entire mankind is under one, fascist, barbaric set of laws (AKA "Sharia law")?
Islam is a problem, and should be treated as such.
