Hello,
I wasn't aware that Reduction PM was discontinued till my Amazon 'subscribe and save' was canceled :/
I started using it about a year ago to see if the fat loss was real, but kept it on for the much better sleep!
After reading good reviews, I tried AppNut Lipo-PM, but I cannot get a good sleep on it... I actually uses it here and there during the day as a stim (because of the mucuna it can drive me quite high).
What would you guys recommend instead?
I am really only looking for a "better" sleep, without become dependent on the supplement (like when I was taking 100/200mg of 5-htp a night for months, when I stopped it took me more than 2 weeks to be able to sleep normally again...)
Thank you!

You definitely need to check out ErgoBolic

Sorry for the late reply, been too busy lately!
The fact that it has mucuna makes me believe that it won't be that good for me, as was Lipo-pm.
I could be wrong of course, but for now I'd try to keep ldopa/tyrosine stuff for the morning not the night.
Hmmm, I guess I'll come back with the same question soon after though.
Plus, as much as I don't mind powder all day long, for sleep time, it's so much easier to just pop pills for my drawer if I forgot and am already in bed... I don't know, just practical
same as above
It actually looks the closest to it indeed, and might just be it.
I am worried about it including a high dose of 5htp though... 200mg did create a huge dependency for me in the past...
Also I'd rather not have zinc or magnesium so that I can control it myself... (well the mg is so small I don't care... but I know that every now and then I have to not take the zc at night... or somehow I must over do it and then don't rest much).
Still looking into it.
Same as above's above'
Definitely!
Plus it tastes nice too
Hmmmmmm, I don't really understand what the ingredients in there are, so I don't really understand how they'd focus on helping my sleep, apart from the cortisol control I guess. Hmmm.
I'm reading great reviews about its sleep part though, so maybe time to learn about new ingredients.
Great sleep too?
Thanks a bunch guys!
In the past 2 weeks I really missed my RPM and definitely need to replace it soon (although taking a break was probably not bad anyway...)
