OxyElite USP: what to take with it

I recently visited a GNC store and talked to the customer service person about OxyElite by USP labs. He mentioned taking some "L-_____" with it. Does anyone have any clue or any other opinionsof what to take with it??

Most likely L-Carnitine Tartrate, to aid fat loss.

Diet is the first thing you need to get in check overall. I think you should consider a decent fat burning workout plan too since your trying to cut. Are you open to training four days per week at least? I think you should also consider some HIIT training as well.

Yeah, like others have said. Sort out a solid nutrition and workout plan first, then you can get some supps to aid you. Diet is the most important factor for any goal, and once you solidify a good diet, then focus on supps, only to aid you, not take over the role of a good nutritional plan. Like SoccerMuscle5 said, consider HIIT training (boxing circuits are great for fat loss).
