    One is never very far from the other, unlike the old style "block periodization" where you did a few weeks of high reps, then a few weeks of lower etc.

    Thanks man. i kinda threw that out the door tho . for bench and squat i switch each time. first time ill do 3 sets of 3-5 second time ill do 3 sets of 8-12. i atleast try to switch each time but sometimes i just do whichever i feel like doing that time.

    also I'm jelly of that leg press you have at the gym, I had one in that style at a gym i used to use at uni. I would bounce it off the bottom and do ~3/4 of the movement with my quads, hnnnggggg

    just got back into doing db's again. was doing 80's on flat before almost back there.

    i don't really like DB's nor am i good at them but they make my chest huge so i gotta do them. i usually do 1 month barbell one month DB.

    idk how you can only flat bb 140 but you can do what i do on db's.

    why is mah db press so weak compared to mah bb. i hit 245 on bb! i was doing 3 sets of 190 for like 6-7 reps

    Used to be able to DB press 85s and could only bench 150

    i just can never get a good hold on the db or its like awkward or some chit and always messes me up. i can never get in a good position. in a few weeks ill start loving them again and will get good at them again tho. just not used to using them right now.

    Deadlifts 340lb x 3 x 5 reps. Recorded them but my brother sent them to me and i guess that makes the quality terrible.

    couple of the reps i accidentally let the bar come too far forward and messed up the rep. you'll notice it.
