These wings are too good not to share!
Ingridients:
Butter (20g) , Fresh Wings(240g), Avocado(43-50g), Aioli, Whole egg(22g), Veges (I used BOK CHOY), Franks hot sauce/Tabasco
1. Cut wings into pieces remove nibblets
2. Preheat oven to 210 degrees celcius
3. Put wings in oven for 40 mins turning at 20 mins
4. Mix franks hot sauce with 20g butter (Use as much hot sauce to desired spicyness)
5. Mix butter and hot sauce in pan
6. Throw wings in pan with hot sauce-butter mixture at high heat
7. Once wings are done, throw in the bok choy for 1 min
8. Slice avocado in half
9. Whole egg aioli sauce in small bowl
Macros: 83g fat, 69.8g protein, 0.7g carbs
