    Is anyone else RELUCTANT to do SHRUGS, SQUATS, ETC bc they fear heigh loss?

    How do I get over this. I just don't want to do these exercises because I feel like they jam my spine and I lose a couple of inches of height. It prevents me from doing things like farmer's walks an squat. Well, I do them, but I just am reluctant to do so because of this issue. Any advice? Do I have bad form? Do I just need to stretch?
