    16-17 year olds natural 1 year transformation please give feedback

    Hello, im new to the website so sorry for noob mistakes, also apologies for lack of pictures back and legs ill add some tomorrow as it is too late now and quality of them ik its bad.
    This is my one year natural transformation from july 2012 to july 2013.
    The before pics are when i first started lifting, and the after pics are now i'm currently in a bulk hence being fat as FUARRRRK.
    If you have any questions i'm willing to answer them all i'm just looking for all feedback positive or negative.

    you definitely got bigger man. good work.

    IMO cut down a little, then start another bulk. no sense in getting overly chubby and having to cut for +6months

    Yeah ive lowered my calories down since the start of my bulk and going to start cutting down slowly, thanks for the feed back
    I think before i was around 147lbs and now im 190-195lbs and didnt measure back then im afraid -_-
