Ok so i just started weight lifting but i also want to join cross country in a few weeks. Is it possible gain muscle and be in cross country at the same time or will i just have to eat more?

It is definately possible, but you have to replace all of the calories burned from running, and be in a surplus. So eat a **** load
Starting stats: 5 ft 10 in
150 lbs
15% bf
Current: 154 lbs
UNFORTUNATELY out for multiple strains
Healing to 100%, then I restart bulk
As of right now, Im not gonna make it
