    10 days to finish my cut MISC BRAHS that even lift GTFIH

    So I am almost at the end of my cut before I start bulking again. Nutrition is on check (35P/30F/30C) with a slight deficit (~300kcal), I train intensely 6days/week in the morning (split), no cardio.
    I have 10 days with lots of time in my hands and I decided to take it a bit to the extreme and see how my body is going to respond. I am fairly happy with how I look now and how it will end up if I keep doing what I do.
    But I am turning to you misc for the extra mile.

    So aware me of any tricks I can use beyond my conservative ways for the last 10 days. I am taking notes guys, thanks.

    Cliffs

    end of cut, fairly happy, 10 days to go
    300kcal deficit
    lots of time in my hands
    never bothered with carb depletion, loading etc
    train on split, abs everyday

    Ten days man... I mean maybe just drop cals another 50-100, lowering your carb intake? But its ten days if you are happy with slow progress then finish it off and begin your reverse diet.

    This is the first time I will try reverse dieting, thanks for the recommendation. I know it's only 10 days and this is not a thread where I want to shed 50 pounds in a week lol. Since I have time, I wanted to see if I can push further.
