WOWWWW I love Juniper Sling, but it is the biggest tease ever on me......probably lasts at MAX an hour on my skin. How do you feel about its projection/longevity?

It is extremely underrated (possible due to its weak projection/longevity), but if it was better in those two categories it would easily be in my top 5

Yea it's an amazing scent! Projection and longevity are definitely lacking. I probably get 2-3 hours of solid projection, and 5-6 hours longevity. When you get whiffs of this stuff on yourself though its HNNNNNG. One weird thing about this scent is that it seems to change smells on me sometimes. Certain things come out from it depending on the time of day it seems, weird I know lol but that's my reasoning.

Honestly with a lot of expensive things, people love them just because they're expensive. Guaranteed if you let most people try a non-familiar $30 frag and called it niche, most people would go on about how high quality it smells. Just saw danforz's rant on this and I completely agree. If Clive Christian No. 1 costed $70 do you still think it would be Hednic's favorite? I doubt it personally.

But I do disagree with almost everything Hednic says when he's commenting on frag comparison threads. For owning so many scents he actually seems pretty amateur when compared with some of the other veterans on BN.

For all the 'rose' fans, I'd recommend trying Jo Malone - Red Roses. Many of their offerings do not have great longevity, but this one is going on 12+ hours at the moment with one spray from a sample vial. The scent is pretty much the equivalent of a bouquet of roses; it's linear and simple, but pretty potent.

Amazing. Very mature though. Honestly probably best suited for someone 40+ but I wear it anyway. It's often called a modern take on classic frags and I agree. If you like gh1 but its too mature then try out Comme des Garcons 2 Man

It defintely smells like that but i ****ing love it. I'm so pissed i didn't get in on that 1.7 oz deal that was only 45 bucks, i would of bought two of them. I'll probably buy those cheap ebay sample gift sets and turn them into 50 ml decants. It's probably never going to happen but i wish ***** would do an occasional relaunch of this frag just so i could buy it again.

I definitely dont think 40 and up with GPH1. It's not that mature. I feel very comfortable wearing it at my age and it doesn't feel like in wearing my dads cologne.
