    Ketosis, the answer for dirty bulk ?

    I was thinking, since keto preserves muscles, then it is alright to go dirty bulking(to an extend) ?
    It looks good on paper, but how about real life? anyone dirty bulked and then ketoed down to low bf% ?

    I dirty bulked for my first ever bulk, after being in keto(with refeeds) for about 6 months. Am now keto cutting again, and am extremely pleased with my results. Wish I would have bulked longer and harder, but never the less, the cut has been a success.

    so, had you cutted before on carbs ? (since you say keto cutting again, I don't know if the last time were keto too)
    I am extremely happy with my fat loss in keto, but I wanted to know other's people experience about bulking(dirty, but with protein/fat met) since It is my first time bulking (mostly clean, but overshooting calories a lot of time by 500 cals)

    Not exactly sure what you're trying to ask. Is it ok to dirty bulk outside of keto? Like dirty bulk then go on keto? If so.. then yeah. Thats how people usually do it. Bulk, then cut.
    If you're asking if its ok to dirty bulk than regular bulk, doesnt matter either. Get your macros in to get those gains. Dirty bulk just leaves you with extra fat to get rid of.

    I cut for a good 6 months with your typical deficit kinda diet, and was stalled out for about 4 months. I was at the point that I couldnt safely drop my cals any lower with my TDEE. I then switched to keto and the fat again began to fly off. After I finished cutting that round, I did a dirty bulk for about 4-5 months. I made progress, but should have bulked for longer. Went back to keto cut after that, which I'm finishing up now, and I'm loving the results. The cut seems waaay easier this time around as well for some reason. Extra LBM I'm assuming
