If you could take the west side template and modify it for a thrower(shotput, discus) what would you do?
How would you lift for these throws while in season?(practice about 5 times a week with 1 meet every week for 3ish months)
What rehab/prehab would you do to maintain the shoulders while they go through the extreme repetition of throwing?
Tell me an excercise that can be done in any gym that would bring out the serratus anterior

All good brah.
Talk to your throwing coach. I don't know anything about throwing brah.
For the serratus, anything involving protraction will hit it.
I don't total 1800, it's just a lofty goal. Most I've totalled was just over 1500. Never lifted in gear, sorry.
Strong fallacies. It is a fact that I have taught a lot of GSFers **** about gear- yourself included. Whether or not you'll admit it because I make you feel some type of way is another story.
No ego here- I didn't claim to look better than anyone or be better than anyone. I'm just helping people learn things that will benefit them and/or things that just plain interest them.
Again I'm not sure if you're trawlin' or srs... But in either case I'm not the sensitive 14 year old who wants to fit in with the cool e-kids anymore brah, I could not care any less about how people feel about me on here- people I have or would consider my "efriends," again yourself included, included.Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159714881&p=1213186101

I'm currently doing SS and whenever i'm on my 2nd or 3rd set of bench I can't seem to maintain good scapular retraction. I can instantly feel the difference when I can't maintain it towards the end of my sets and it might be the reason I've been hung up on the last rep of my 3rd set twice now. It seems to be a problem mainly when I try to increase the weight, but whenever I reset back, i'm always able to do the previous weight.

My chest is lacking both strength and sizewise. Is this a good thing to do to get em both? I first do 5 sets of 3 reps on the bench press for strength. Then I do incline dumbbell press for like 8 reps for a fix of strength and size. Then I finish with pumping the chest with sets of 13-15 reps on the flies.
I do a push/pull/legs split. I also do this way when doing the shoulder exercises. Will this work to get both strength and size or should I just do either strength or hypertrophy training?
