    why would you want to cut out water completely the day before and day of a show if your muscles are 70% water wouldn't this be the reason so many people come on stage flat?

    I have been training for about a year with the bfs workout but It feels like there isn't enough volume anymore. I've gotten pretty thick what should I do?

    what muscles do I work shooting my bow? I want to even it out on the other side, but don't have the proper equipment to do it the obvious ways to me, or access to a gym. recommendations?
