Man it looks like you didn't even get that good of a pint mix-in wise.. If you think that's a solid A, you should consider a rescoop & it would probably rock you world!

I really liked the base, taste like cinnamon roll icing and vanilla ice cream mixed together

Definitely a great base, but it is on a whole different level with some of the mix-ins I've seen posted on here!

As you barrel down the quart (I split this into two pint containers) the donut pieces are very hit or miss, it reminded me of the only pint of blue bell I had when I was in colorado where it lists a lot of mix-ins but they are very sparse in the pint. These very sparse donut pieces and soft/chewy in texture but are nice, these are much harder to find compared to the dominant glaze swirl. For the Kcal Amount, the amazing swirl (which is as dominant as the Graham Cracker Swirl in the Pumpkin Pie Turkey Hill Quart) this Pint gets a very solid score for a medium blend resemblance and rich coffee base. There is a must to pick up!

    Score: A

Treat Dreams Oatmeal Scotchie Ice Cream: Oatmeal Cookie Ice Cream with Butterscotch Swirls and Oatmeal Cookie Chunks

A+. Oatmeal Cookie Chunk in its second life. Loads of cookie chunks and the swirl really makes them pop. I think I like the "cookie flavored" base even more than OCC's (which was sweet cream..?).

And it was. I was very prepared to be disappointed because my hopes/expectations were so high. The description of the flavor was tantalizing in and of itself, and the bar set by OCC was pretty lofty to boot.

Everything I could have hoped for.

Generic picture from the internet. Leads me to a question:

I know that everybody reacts to food differently, but how do you guys fare in the gym after eating a drumstick or a bowl of ice cream? Good/bad workouts? Inconsistent results? LMK how you guys feel

I used to eat my pints an hour before going to the gym. Honestly felt no difference aside from maybe a little bit of a sugar rush. I no longer do this because I found myself concentrating on what I'll be doing at the gym and amping myself up instead of enjoying the ice cream.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

I dont know about the rest of you but its hard not to eat like an entire half gallon/full pint of ice cream in one sitting, usually couldnt imagine going to the gym after something like that. Fasted training is the way to go, then your thoughts are once I finish everything I can eat.

Sadly, it hails from a local creamery with a very small distribution (Treat Dreams here in MI). They also rotate their flavors weekly so it's hit or miss as to when I can get it again. It does mean every flavor is small batch and guaranteed fresh though. My mix-ins/swirls have yet to be anything but amazing and none of the baked goods have ever been stale/soggy.

That said, anyone from the thread ever plans on passing through the area, I'll try to hook you up if you give me some advance notice!

My feeling as well. I honestly have digestion issues if I have anything more than some something liquid pre-workout. Sometimes even that doesn't sit right if I don't space it out enough.

Flavor is exactly as the name implies. It tastes like I am eating PB pie every bite. The mix ins (tons of PB) are great and not shy. Taste is great overall.

    Strong A rating.

After the let down of the B&J core series, this was a much needed pick me up.

I haven't tried any of the new flavors yet since I've been cutting and have problems fitting whole pints in my daily calorie intake. I have all the new flavors in the freezer at home and am now starting to loosen up a bit.

Recommendations on what I should try first? I have the new Talenti flavors, B&J Core flavors, and Sams Choice Coffee and Donuts.

The base was very creamy very similar to those of having a Talenti Pint (Gelato), and not like you would have if you had a regular pint of this brand (based off the label) which made it very enjoyable. The creaminess of the coffee/tiramisu base was absolutely spot on and the ladyfinger mix-ins were very dense and rich. They were not just small little flakes they were actual globs. They had a great outside crunch and a good tasting sponge cake taste to them with a hint of a butterfingers. I really did not taste much of a "Cocoa ladyfinger" but without a doubt this pint has exactly what you want when it comes to a true "Tiramisu" flavoring.

    Grade: A

Eat the one that appeals to you most.

Why ask people when it's you eating them? You'll eat them all anyway so it doesn't really matter which is first.

So eat the one YOU feel like first

Thanks Bob, but what AlwaysTryin said. And I seriously wish I could get Graters Buckeye Blitz with how highly you rank it.

I guess if you say what appeals the most to me, I guess I'll give Talenti Caramel Apple or B&J PB Fudge Core a try. Sadly heard many were disappointed by the PB Fudge Core.
