    Any advice?

Hi guys need some advice if anyone can help me out, I've been doing stronglifts 5x5 starting with the empty bar as recommended and doing weighted pull ups.

The problem is in the space of a week and two days my weight has increased from 206.4 @ 21.9% Fat to 207.6 @ 22.2% Fat my diet has been pretty good I'd say 80/20 compliant @ 2000 cal 1g protein per lb with 5g of creatine anyone have any ideas? should I reduce my cals further or just keep things as they are and keep tracking?

I calculated my calorific needs using the sticky and it came out to 2343 so I should have lost some weight right? what did I do wrong?

    Thanks for any advice.

Probably water weight fluctuation if you just started taking creatine

Wait another 7-10 days then can make adjustments.

Could be the creatine but weight should level off.

    Are you tracking cals?

Will do, Thanks man going to drop my cals to 1800 aswell. I'm more determined than ever now I will reach 10% bodyfat if it kills me.

Patience, my son Seriously, body fat calculations (or should I say estimations) are not very accurate. DEXA scan is the best, and some might even beg to differ on that one.

Stay the course and track consistently before making caloric changes (up or down).

The body fat measurements probably aren't very accurate. Don't even bother with them. Your weight is going to fluctuate a few lbs. if you add something like creatine to your diet or go from a surplus to deficit to water fluctuation. Just consistently track your weight at the same time every day.eg every morning after waking up.
