I have leangained all my lifting life, never did a heavy cut or heavy bulk.
About 2 weeks ago I was like **** it lets see how shredded I can get.
My mate was always parading about these grenade fat burners (I think thats what they are called) So I bought some to try it out.
First pill of the day, taken on empty stomach as instructed, felt like my heart was going to explode as well as random chest/ arm pains
Second pill of the day about 30mins after taking it I got a nose bleed. (FIRST nose bleed of my life as I think thats important to know & more chest pains)
I checked my BP & it was fine so do you guys have any idea why I had my first nose bleed on these pills and had mass chest pains all day? (I'm not touching fat burners again.)
I'd just like to know if you guys know why it happened or if you have had any simmilar experiences with similar supplements.
Also critique/advice to my phsique appreciated.
Cheers.

Be real careful with your heart bro. Any sign of pain, especially pain that you also feel in left arm you should get checked out. Someone I know had a minor heart attack recently and those were the symptons.

body temp shoots up on some of these fat burners... on a hot day like that cant be good. girl in the uk apparently died recently taking some sort of fatburner "supplement", that was a heart attack. Im sure there were other factors if i remember rightly but the fatburner had a large part to play.
Im doing it right

Granade fat burners
The same thing happened to me. I followed the instructions and took my first one as soon as I woke up, straight away I went to the toilet to urinate and it was the most vile smell, then about 45 minutes later I was at the gym only to find I'd had a nose bleed and I too have never suffered one in my life, I started getting sharp pains around my heart area and my arms. I don't know if it was just personally how my body reacted to it but it was not a nice experience as It was literally my first ever pill. Overall it did do its job and give me a ton of energy but for me the side affects where just too scary

Fat burners
I'm currently on Sci-Mx Shred-X RippedCore fat burners and third day in and all I have is a runny nose. My bottle says that they shouldn't be taken if you have heart problems or high blood pressure as they can increase it. For you to have a nose bleed may be the high blood pressure and the pains in your chest and arm maybe your heart, you need to get checked out from the doctor before using them.
