I am currently 17 years old and have been lifting for about 2 years. i just wanted opinions on how to make my chest really show out, get really big. my nutrition is good but i just wanted some opinions on my chest day workout.
flat bench 4-5 sets 8-12 reps
incline bench 3-4 sets 8-12 reps
decline bench 2-4 sets 12-15 reps
flat dumbell flyes 4 sets 8-12 reps
opinions and ideas would be much appreciated. need advice for a bigger and stronger chest. thanks
