Hi guys...I am so addicted to smoking, but I am very serious about resting, working out, and diet. I eat 6 meal a day. I train 4 days a week with 3 day rest. Can I still gain muscle and bulk up?

You are hurting yourself by smoking, since it makes your bones more porous for one. This in effect places more stress on your joints when you lift, potentially causing injury. I'm sure you hear this all the time, but quitting would be vastly beneficial to your overall health.

Hey kid...i know how difficult it can be. I was a smoker for 8 years. I just quit about 6 months ago. I quit by using an electronic cigg...then leaned myself off smoking anything. It is possible to still make gains as a smoker...but it'll take longer and you'll be out of breath way easier and wont feel as strong. take it from someone thats been down that road...quitting will make a difference.

it would only harm your health and possibly your gains too...I mean what's the point of working out, exercising, taking of your diet etc. while your a chain smoker? Like you might make some gains but from the inside yourself you will know your health is poor....try to quit OP! Good luck it's hard but good luck quit it now while ur young!
