Does the milk actually slow down the absorption of the whey, or is each separate??
Either way, I use water, since its a lot easier for my cheap whey to mix with water. :-) I don't need the super-thick milkshake taste, I just want quick protein.

my shake: 2 scoop ON 100%whey, 46g/pro, in 500ml skim milk,18g/pro, 1tbs peanutbutter, 1 tbs flaxseed oil. 10g creatine, and 10 g glutamine.
610cals,67g/pro, around 30 carb.
