    I'm 15 and have taken it.. but I would recommend something like BSN HyperFX or N.O. Explode, worked a lot better for me. Be careful with it though, start with a smaller scoop because most people have low tolerance for caffeine.. I usually do a scoop of HyperFX and take a 200mg caffeine pill, and that works pretty well giving me energy.

    not for your age. you need good foods and nutrients, not stimulants. I didnt even start using any supplements until i was 20 years old. your body isnt even finished growing at age 16. if you wanna take in a little caffeine, from some tea or coffee..fine. extra stimulates...i dont recommend...these other idiots on here dont know a damn thing.

    I think its safe but not necessary. I recently stopped taking PWO because of the side affects (crash, stomach ache, headaches, etc)

    Not necessary at all. As long as you go into the gym with the proper attitude, you shouldn't need a PWO. I took C4 and the first 3-4 times I took it I had an amazing pump going, but after that it didn't do ****.. Even if I upped the dosage.

    There is nothing wrong with taking pre-workouts as a teen. Of course you should have a healthy diet as well and shouldn't become dependent on them for the motivation to lift.

    It's about as "safe" as slamming down a 16oz cup of black coffee. Because that's essentially what it is.

    Safe your money/$$$, don't buy it. Instead, invest in some caffeine tabs or some food.

    OT: I'm 15 and have been through 30 servings of C4; it is a pretty decent preworkout and it is definitely safe to use.
