I get asked this quite often...also have been asked (actually was a few minutes ago) "how much weight can you lift" whatever that means
I respond with " idk bout tree fiddy"
Or
"I have never been to the gym"
What do you say?

I say 60kgs is manageable .
. Unless they are a fellow lifter who really is interested in which case i give them my lifting stats for all 3.

It's ok opie, it's a confusing question, but what you do is tell them the amount of weight you can lift via the movement known as the bench press workout.
